Orders are processed and shipped within five to seven business days. Most orders ship within two to five business days. Processing times may vary due to order volume, product availability, or operational factors.
Shipping times shown at checkout reflect carrier transit time only and do not include processing time. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier and marked as shipped, delivery timelines are determined by the carrier and are outside of Aira’s control.
Carrier related delivery issues must be resolved directly with the carrier or through Route shipping protection if selected at checkout.
Aira is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier disruptions, weather conditions, or natural disasters.
Delivery confirmation provided by the carrier serves as proof of successful fulfillment.

International shipping rates, duties, and taxes are calculated at checkout.
All customs or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

PACKAGE PROTECTION
Aira offers optional package protection through Route at checkout.
If Route is selected, coverage is provided for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Claims must be submitted directly through the Route dashboard.
If Route is not added, Aira is not responsible for lost, stolen, missing, or damaged packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout.
If you need to update your address, contact us within twenty four hours of placing your order. Address changes are not guaranteed once an order has been placed.
Aira is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. Orders returned to sender due to address errors are not eligible for a refund.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Due to the limited nature of our drops, all sales are final.
Aira does not offer returns, exchanges, store credit, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please refer to the size chart before purchasing to ensure the most accurate fit.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Each Aira piece is carefully inspected prior to shipment. In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or incorrect and Route was purchased, please submit a claim directly through your Route dashboard.
Concerns related to product quality or incorrect items must be reported within forty eight hours of delivery and must include clear photo or video evidence for review. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition when reported.
All claims are subject to review and approval.
If Route was not added to your order, Aira cannot replace or refund lost, stolen, missing, or damaged shipments.

POLICY UPDATES
PRE-ORDERS
From time to time, certain products made available through the Services may be offered on a pre-order basis. A pre-order allows you to purchase an item before it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that the item is not currently in stock and will ship at a later date. Unless otherwise expressly stated on the applicable product page, pre-order items may take up to eight (8) weeks for delivery from the date the order is placed.
Any estimated shipping or delivery dates provided for pre-order items are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Production schedules, material availability, customs processing, carrier delays, and other circumstances beyond our control may result in delays. We are not liable for any delays related to the manufacture or delivery of pre-order items.
If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, we reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to ship the items together once the pre-order item becomes available, unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.
All pre-order purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. Certain pre-order items may be designated as final sale, if clearly stated at the time of purchase.
